it's the weekend. finally. this was the slowest work week for me, everyone is on vacation already. luckily i work only one day next week. bring on the staycation couped up in my house with my new chelsea wolfe album and the windows open as we are expecting cool/warm rainy weather. that's my favorite feeling in the entire world, being at home mid day when it's gloomy and rainy with the windows open and the natural light coming in, with some candles burning and good music flowing throughout the house. and a glass of bourbon.

I go and see rob zombie every time he's here in dallas, always have and probably always will. His shows are so much damn fun. i guess i'm making up for all those years my mother wouldn't let me go as a child. she went to her first one with and my sister, she had so much fun she fell down the stairs trying to touch rob's hand. no joke. this last time he was in dallas, on halloween night. sheri moon zombi joined him on stage. she has never done that before. it was awesome.

so...i come with good news. Devendra Banhart has announced that he will be releasing a new album this spring {March 12}. I'm quite excited. also, today i found this cute little story of how he met his now girlfriend, Ana Kraš.
