NEW LITTLE ADDITION TO OUR FAMILY

little miss Wednesday Lou...

we decided to name her Wednesday because her brother (pugsley) was named after the little boy from the Addams family, because he was a little shit as a kitten. it fit perfectly for them. she's 3 months old and a complete handful in the evening and mornings.

oh..she also has that one white whisker like pugsley did as a kitten. this was definitely a match made in heaven.

OUR NEW HOUSE

decided to go ahead and share some photos i've taken of the new house with instagram. we are still unpacking and getting everything together, one of these days i'll find our camera!

AROUND THE HOUSE

there is so much to be done around the house, it gets a little difficult to stay calm when it's this way. i'm more a neat freak than i thought. being on these crutches has been a little complicated, mostly around our apartment. it's not the biggest, quite a few places i call boot camp grounds..meaning it's a struggle getting around or over. break a sweat.

i get to walk again on the 24th, i will never EVER take my legs/feet for granted. you don't realize how important they are until you're unable to use to them.

now off to look at the new anthropologie catalog! love their spring collections.

yes, until we have children we will always be those pet parents who take photos of their creatures. i mean how can we not? they all literally have these awesome personalities.

we have been getting a lot of fog in the morning here...love living by a little lake.

the dogs finally got their christmas gifts, new bedding!

pugs has been doing this a lot lately. we like to take off his collar when we get home, if we leave it where he can get to it, he carries it around everywhere. it's cute but then he tends to hide so we can't find it for when we leave. smart kitty.

I'VE BEEN WAITING....

and they are here! i ordered the dogs newbed covers and the cat a new bed and cover, a bigger one since he steals the dogs beds.

MY LITTLE LADY TURNED 3

this birthday freaked me out a bit, i know she's a dog but she's also my baby. i find myself even talking to her as if she were a child, if you knew her you'd know why, lol. i wanted to make this birthday special, so i spent all morning sunday making her this banner, it came out quite cute! i also wanted to get her a doggy cake from a dog bakery but kept missing them, they have horrible hours. so i made my own, a little too much of it! but it turned out where we could have some too :) carrot cake, which dog bakeries use anyways. we could only give her so much, we didn't want her to get sick or be bouncing off the walls, literally. here are some photos we got of her 3rd birthday, mama is proud.

so curt and i were at the mall going to nearly every store to find me a new pair of boots for winter, found some and now have to wait 5 days for them to be shipped. i know, i pretty much online shopped at the mall. i'm just glad i found ones i like! anyways, like my normal self i talked us into going to anthroplogie just to see what they had in the sale room....and then, my heart skipped a beat. the jacket i've been looking for was right smack in front of the sale room, staring me down. i had to get it! i would be stupid not to, $150 dollars later and i'm the happiest gal in the place.
